Description
This is a template which can be used by parties in civil litigation to create a case summary for the Court ahead of a Trial. Often the Court will require the parties to prepare a Case Summary prior to a Trial to allow the Court to easily identify the outline of both party’s case.
The Case Summary should not be prepared from a position of bias and should accurately reflect both party’s case.
This template will assist you in preparing such a document.
